Ok so i was thinking about making a Buddyfight fanfic that isnt completely like Buddyfight, instead i throught i would make it kind of like a mixture of anime: Shaman King, Persona 4, Bleach, Buddyfight (duh!) and maybe a couple others im forgetting to mention off the top of my head
So it would be somthing like this: Every year (insert undecied number here) people are blessed with the power of using their inner spirites (for current lack of a better word) and fight eachother in a tornoment by putting their sprites into the weapon of their choise, each sprites have different fighting styles and unique special attacks the fighters also have a range of spells and finishing "impacts" at their disposeal, it takes up energy to keep your spirite it its weapon and being damaged makes this energy run out faster so once your sprite detachs its self from the weapon you lose.
so to wrap things up the Spirites are your buddy monster, you only have one monster but your spells are almost unlimited, but they're not helpful all the time theres also will be an aspect of having your weapon take on a second form and a thrid form if you have enough power.
so tell me what you guys think of this idea i will be holding character creations just not yet so dont post them here :P if you have any questions or would like a main part (one of the main characters brother, main villain, etc.) then please let me know below but everyone cant be a main character so i wont be able to decide until i put up the character creation
